EiiP sucessfully assisted INDITEX, a Spanish multinational clothing company, in the civil case against MELON FASHION GROUP, a Russian company, regarding invalidation of the trademark registration “Zarina” registered by MELON FASHION GROUP in Lithuania. The first instance court fully satisfied all the requirements of the civil claimant INDITEX, the international trademark registration “Zarina” No. 1231710  has been recognised invalid in Lithuania. The court decision is in force.
