EiiP sucessfully represented the interests of SKY INTERNATIONAL AG in the opposition against the registration of the trademark „EuroSky GLOBAL INFORMATION” No. 76216, owned by UAB MIGRIS, before the Appeal Division of the State Patent Bureau of the Republic of Lithuania (the AD). The opposition has been satisfied and the trademark „EuroSky GLOBAL INFORMATION” No. 76216 has been declared invalid. The decision of the AD may be appealed within 6 months from the date of the decision.
