EiiP asists and provides support in a range of privacy areas. The services include:

• GDPR Data Protection consulting;
• Support for the Data protection officer in the form of consulting, preparing responses to the State Data Protection Inspectorate, representing the client before the State Data Protection Inspectorate and in court;
• Review of the client’s data protection law policies, procedures, privacy statements, templates and other documents;
• Right to Privacy, Right to Personal Name, Right to Personal Image consulting, Honor and Dignity, Reputation protection consulting, Defamation and other Privacy Law issues consulting;
• Preparing and filing applications, claims and other documents in privacy rights infringement cases and representing the client before the responsible administrative institutions and in court.
